Dealer Program

Photos of your store front and the inside of the store must be submitted to RMC Ox-Yoke.  You can submit these via fax: 1-800-778-4037 or email: sales@rmcoxyoke.com.  A sales tax license must also be submitted to RMC Ox-Yoke.

Credit Policy

All initial orders are prepaid.  A credit application must be submitted to obtain open account status.  Upon credit approval terms are Net 30 days, from date of invoice.

Freight Policy

All orders are shipped best way and charged to the customer. All Carrier claims & collections of them are the responsibility of the dealer. You are welcome to give us your UPS number if you would like us to use your account.

Backorder Policy

RMC Ox-Yoke will ship backorders as soon as products become available. All backorders will remain open until filled or the customer requests a cancellation.

General Policies

Any discrepancies in quantities or pricing must be submitted within 10 business days of receipt of order.
